I'm Julian Parson- a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA CSCS) with a bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Kinesiology from Winthrop University in South Carolina, USA. As a former NCAA Division I athlete, I understand firsthand what it takes to perform, recover, and grow- both physically and mentally.
My coaching blends the discipline of high-performance sport with the care and precision of rehabilitative training. I work with athletes and general clients to help them move better, train smarter and achieve results that last. In collaboration with the physiotherapists at High Octane Training, active rehab sessions are for individuals undergoing treatment and looking to safely progress back to full strength. All programming is designed to complement your physio's care plan and focuses on restoring function, movement quality, and confidence in your body.
Led by a former NCAA Division I pitcher, this program targets the key performance demands of baseball-including rotational power, arm care, deceleration control, and explosiveness. Ideal for pitchers, position players, and developing athletes looking to gain an edge and stay healthy.
With over a decade of exposure to elite athletic environments and a strong foundation in exercise science, I bring a diverse range of experiences to Parson Performance- from NCAA Division I baseball to hands-on rehab work with athletes and general population clients.
